Our maintenance division has considerable expertise and experience providing cyclical, planned, building maintenance, void property works and responsive repair services for many Local Authorities and Housing Associations.
We have provided property maintenance services for up to 20,000 homes throughout Sussex and Kent and have carried out over 30,000 property maintenance orders in a year.

We now have experience in the setting up and operation of successful partnering arrangements, but accept that this is a continuous learning process to which we endeavour to contribute by being true "team players" - with many IT solutions being developed to minimise administration costs and increase productivity.
The company operates a truly open and transparent approach for partnering projects and have developed recording systems that are capable of analysis and reporting in any way required to suit the needs of the client.
We have worked on Scheduled of rates / open book / PPP and PPV basis for various clients.
