Booker & Best Ltd have worked for over 30 years with many local architects & building surveyor practices across East Sussex & Kent.
We undertake all aspects of construction, maintenance and renovation.
We have approximately 150 employees, with a a wide range of construction backgrounds and skills and most of our supervisory and management team come from a trade background - so have a really good understanding of the industry, the needs of the clients and a can-do attitude to making things happen.
We seek to work with the designers and take a team approach to delivering projects on time and to budget.

  • General property refurbishment
  • Conversions
  • New builds
We work in the public and private sector, including County Councils, Local Councils, Health Authorities, Surgeries, Housing Associations, Churches and many domestic clients.
All in a range of £5,000 to £500,000 with occasional projects far in excess of that.
We have Professional Indemnity Insurance and we can provide a design and build service if required.
