We will record this information and we will send you the forms/brochures/Direct Debit mandate, once we receive these forms back we will then start to process your order. We will also send you a receipt via the post and we may use your telephone number to contact you regarding your maintenance package.
We require this information in order to process your enquiry, deliver your maintenance package and fulfil our contract with you.
Your information is stored on paper in locked filling cabinets/local server/cloud server, all of which are based within the UK.

We keep your information for an indefinite period unless you cancel the maintenance package and request that we delete your information.
