NHS and acute hospital sites

We have undertaken works for the NHS for more than 25 years. The work has ranged from minor improvements and alterations to ward and office refurbishments, operating theatre upgrades and the development of a Clinical Diagnostic Centre.

Many of the employees involved in these projects are time-served on acute hospital sites and understand the importance of Health Technical Memoranda, infection control, privacy and dignity, and fire-safety requirements in patient and surgical areas.

We undertake works on an as-tendered basis and have also worked through open-book reimbursement arrangements.

Our council work includes maintenance, refurbishments and safety-compliance works across corporate portfolios, lettable properties and residential stock, together with void turnaround works.

We have also undertaken annual refreshment works in high-tourism areas, including seafront locations, helping public spaces remain safe, presentable and ready for residents and visitors.
