NHS

We have undertaken works for the NHS for over 25 years, from minor improvements, alterations, full refurbishments to Ward and office areas, operating theatre upgrades, to a full scale development of a Clinical Diagnostic Centre.

We undertake works either on an “as tendered” basis, and also on an Open Book reimbursement framework.

Many of our employees on these works are time served working on acute hospital sites, with the knowledge of HTMs, Infection Control, Privacy and Dignity, and fire safety requirements to deliver fully compliant patient and surgical areas.

Local and County Councils

Undertaking maintenance, refurbishments, and safety compliance of their corporate portfolio, lettable properties, together with residential stock maintenance and void turnaround works. Also undertaking annual refreshment of high tourist areas such as seafront location.

Schools & Colleges

We have undertaken a variety of works to schools and colleges across Sussex and Kent to provide both minor and major upgrades, toilet and classroom refurbishments, classroom extensions, and external works.

Working closely with the facility management for the planning and timescales that work to minimise the impact of the works, so that we don’t disrupt the educational needs to the students.
